Fiesta Apartments

Apartments are died with cockroaches and mice. I tried bombing 4 times and they keep coming back. Manager doesnt care. He said he has apartments sprayed monthly. That's a lie. My apartment got sprayed 1 time in 6 months. I talked to a few neighbors and they are having the same problem. Manager said I would need to take them to court to get out of my lease. DONT RENT HERE!!! I will be posting this on as many sites as I can find to let people know how the manager carry on. He also owns another apartment complex in Tulsa.

The apartments are all moldy, invested with roaches and bedbugs, the stove kepted on going out when you used the oven. The ceilings leak really bed. I'm a former occupant that used to live there. The ceiling caved in on me when I was taking a shower and got hit in the head. The landlords there don't do anything about it except clean up the apartment for the next person to get sick and hurt in.

I reported several crimes by “meth maintenance man #2” and was told I couldn’t have cameras! Owner does not care about crime and protects criminals. The owner also DOES NOT follow the Fair Housing Act/American DisabilityAct but still receives section 8.

This place is AWFUL every apartment is full of BUGs all apartments except 2 use meth the maintenance man that lives there is the METH DEALER and the owner IkE knows all about it Also last month a tenant died from a meth heart attack sold to him by the matiance man just sad they illegally give you a 5 day evection without the court paperwork . Please be careful
