I’ve never had any problems, anytime something came up, it was fixed right away. They were responsive and reliable. I would definitely recommend them. I rented one of their homes for a little over 3 yrs.

I've been living in their property since 2018. My lights was cut off due to bge rates being raised. I paid my bill in full to find out that my electricity still couldn't be turned on because of an outstanding PROPERTY AMOUNT of 4800 plus. Then i was also told that the property isn't under RESIDENTIAL but COMMERCIAL...like this hòuse is a buisness office. Weve been in a dark cold house since Nov of 2024. Me and my family was without heat for 2 yrs before this issue. They waited until we paid them over 5000 in rent and hit us with a 60 day eviction claiming the OWNER wants possession of the property back. They won't return any calls or text messages. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience renting with Fields Management. My husband and I recently purchased our first home and just moved out of the property we were renting with Fields. Fields was great to us during the five years we rented with them. They were always easy to get in touch with, and were quick to address any questions/concerns we had. If there was a maintenance issue, they would immediately send someone to the house to fix it. All of the contractors we met were extremely courteous and kind (shout out George and Tony). Additionally, the rent price was incredibly reasonable, and never increased during the five years we rented from Fields, a rarity in this crazy market. Thank you, Fields, for a great five years!

Fields has been great for us so far. Every time there is a maintenance issue, they respond immediately and send someone. The contractors are always friendly and courteous. I’ve rented from some bad landlords, and being with Fields has been such a positive surprise.

I rented from this company. The apartment was infested with rodents. The company did not try to resolve the issue. They blamed me for the rodents. The rodents had four tunnels in the boiler room. They also did a poor job of maintaining the grounds. Overall, stay away from renting from these people.
