Fieldpointe Apartments

This is beyond the worst place I've ever stayed before. so many things wrong with these places, there's a extra long 12.2 electrical wire hanging out from under the dishwasher, a Cabinet door fell off and just about hit my girlfriend in the head, the fridge floods (I had to fix it because the maintenance crew is incompetent) the back door is broke and barley latches, the windows aren't ceiled and it's really cold if you don't have heat constantly running. the heat has broken 2 times in 2 months. and these terrible places cost 2000 a month!!! (And not to mention it wasn't cleaned properly, took a steamer to the rugs and.it was brown, there was urine under both the toilet seats)

WE CANT WAIT TO MOVE!! we have asked for many things from this apartments and they either tell us they don’t have money or that the things are fine, they have so many rules and fees that it’s insane for the area it is at , it’s not worth it. If you see renovated , know it’s renovated cheaply . So I seen ppl come here to look around pls look the other way if possible I should have read the review before I moved in. And if they comment here replying to this it’s insane bc I have emailed them so much and they all get ignored …

If I could give this place -1 review I would. My daughter recently applied here because on their website they had an amazing price for the 2 bed - 1 bath, $1,344, this price was listed on the official website and even after the application went through it was broken down to a monthly quote stating the same price. After putting in the application we then went to visit to see the apartments, talking to a leasing agent that SEEMED as if she had our best interest we were told that we were just waiting for her income to be approved. She even said that if the apartment that I applied for was not available by the initial date that it was meant to be available by that they would be able to put me in another apartment and honor that same price that we were given for the specific apartment that I ap

They’re the best… everything is working well! Reasonable price, good cooling and heating system, gym is available, secured community and most importantly the process to owning your apartment is made very easy and transparent!!!!! And don’t forget to ask for Stephanie when you get to the leasing office!!! She’s the best and I really love and appreciate her for her great work!🔥📌

Margarita and staff have been amazing! From the first day we walked in to tour the property to the move in day, everything has been great! Margarita has been informative and very friendly! My wife and I are enjoying our time as tenants of Fieldpointe.
