All the emails from them during the closing process went into my junk email folder. So the escrow was at risk because there was no communication. When I called today to ask the escrow officer to just call or email me when anything important is needed she responded with "The platform does that for us... it doesn't even come from me. I don't see it. But if I ever do anything personally i will let you know." So was very abrupt and condescending. On the positive it is good to know I will never use this office again.

If there was an option for no stars, i would issue this. the worst experience with Escrow Officer Anne Taylor. She made no attempt to contact us as buyers. the first interaction i had with Ms Taylor was over a month into Escrow 3 days before we were to close and i had to request her contact details from my Realtor. Their Notary messed up paperwork and Ms Taylor stated we needed to pay another Notary fee. Ridiculous, it was their fault - their Notary that we had to use> It got so ridiculous that we had to contact the Branch Manager for assistance. Not to mention arguing with the buyer. What happened to the Customer is always right, or least be polite enough to them. Ms Taylor is definitely in the wrong line of business. I have been working with Fidelity Tech Center as my title company both professionally and personally for over ten years, and have received exceptional service every time! When I refer business to this office, I know my clients are in good hands. Highly recommend.

Our experience was other than stellar. As both an experienced buyer and seller this was by far the worst real estate transaction we’ve ever experienced. They were not on top of things and we had to reach out to them multiple times to ensure timelines were being met to close on time. In fact, I don’t remember them contactIng us once—not even after the transaction when we had money due back to us after closing. Would not recommend this company nor will we be using them in any future real estate transactions.

An absolute nightmare of an experience. Very unprofessional. We dropped off docs and they lost them but took no responsibility. Twisted conversations to further try to again skate responsibility for being so unorganized and behind. We are weeks behind schedule which has caused us a late fee with the former mortgage company. Take your business elsewhere as you will only be frustrated, lied to, and will cost you more money.
