I will never use this company again to buy or sell a home. Our experience with Karleigh was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. At closing, she spent over 50 minutes with the buyers and their agent, giggling, whispering, and laughing in a way that felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. When it was finally our turn, she barely acknowledged us, made rude remarks, and carried a poor attitude throughout. When my agent asked Karleigh to confirm that the funds were ready, her dismissive “yes!” didn’t inspire confidence—especially considering she had earlier stepped out for a lender call and came back saying, “the funds are there,” which raised more questions than it answered. Fidelity Title in Sandusky, MI is always great to work with. Karleigh and Sharon are both courteous, professional and go out of their way to try and accommodate. This is in response to the “1-star” review left a week ago below buy a “Seller”… I was the Buyer’s agent on this deal, and at no point was Karleigh unprofessional, on the contrary she tried to go above and beyond to facilitate a smooth transaction. The Seller may not know this, but closings typically take an hour or more to complete when there is a mortgage involved. The reason it took our side 35-40 mins (not 50) to complete is because the Buyer had 2 mortgages, so 2 sets of loan documents to sign… which is a LOT.
