Fidelity National Title

Just trying to get some general information and the person on the phone wasn’t listening, consistently. I repeated information multiple times yet kept getting reasons as to why they couldn’t help me. Turns out I called another title company and it was a piece of cake. I don’t plan to be using any title companies in the near future, but I would avoid this one, or at least this particular branch.

Our realtor paired us with Heidi on a recent transaction, and I am so grateful! It was an unusual sale with lots to navigate, and Heidi went absolutely above and beyond to solve problems and make everything happen. I'm not sure where we'd be if she hadn't been so on top of it. Thanks Heidi!

Fidelity National refuses to provide IRS tax forms by the 1/31 deadline and refuses to email them even after 1/31 so that I can file my taxes in a timely matter. Horrible customer service and no regard to other people who are actually trying to meet IRS deadlines. As if all the stress and delays they caused during the sale of a house isn’t bad enough they continue to to be unprofessional.

I recently worked with Harry and his team on the buyer's side of a transaction, and they were fantastic to work with. Everything was handled in a timely manner, signing was scheduled early to acommodate for any issues, and the entire team remained responsive and communicative throughout.
