During the home buying process, a check for escrow was needed. Fidelity has great options for getting the money to them through digital means... I couldn't get it done on my device, most likely due too personal fire walls. But was able to drive the check into them. They are very helpful in any situation. A good team environment.

I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT I'VE BEEN EXPERIENCING. Even though I closed my home buying Sep. 2023, but my home insurance policy is still voided because they sent the check to the wrong insurance company. (Dec. 2023) The escrow agent has been doing nothing but saying that the insurance company has my money over and over even though that insurance company doesn't have my policy. I have to pay double for the home insurance to reactivate the policy. They're just in a hurry to not be responsible for this problem. I'm so so much disappointed in this irresponsible behavior as an escrow company. How do people believe here to transfer huge money for home buying? The situation is unbelievable.

This review is solely from a customer service experience. PLEASE PUT SOMEONE who is more pleasant and approachable at your front desk. Good lord, as soon as we walk in, Courtney A. did not seem to like working there. She seemed unwilling to help nor has she portrayed a positive attitude in our 2 minutes encounter. Thankful for the other lady who came in to help us. That whole first time encounter ruined the whole experience working with this location.

Our team uses Melanie Usher as our escrow officer/closer and Fidelity title for all of our listings if we can, her team is amazing, detailed, skilled and efficient! Even the most complicated transactions they are helpful at resolving issues timely and go above and beyond! Thank you!
