All I'm seeing are good reviews. While at the same time getting no sort of update other than its in the DMVs hands. "You're more than welcome to call the DMV." Is not only insulting but not my sisters nor my job. All we have received regarding the status of our deed is excuses. If I wanted to call the Dmv what do I need your company for. Efficient is definitely not the word for this company. Look elsewhere. 3 hours after review we can add condescending to the list. Get me my title so I can never use you again.

We closed with fidelity and needless to say we had an amazing experience. Very professional and detailed oriented staff. We worked with Erika Lawrence and she was able to maintain full communication , answering our questions that came up. If you are looking for a closing company, you found it!
