I used this title company to sell 25 investment properties over a period of two years. They were helpful, professional and extremely accommodating. Whenever there was any issue, Kevin Giltmier and the team were always available to solve any problem. Communication is excellent. I would highly recommend them to all real estate buyers and sellers.

If I could give zero stars I would. The day before my closing on 10/13/22, I called Fidelity National Title Company and spoke to Jennifer Lubinski. The number I called for Fidelity National Title Co. was the same phone number provided to me by my attorney’s office and on their website. Jennifer stated that I would receive a secure email to answer some security questions and then an email with the wire instructions. I received the secure email and answered the security questions. Soon after I received the wire instructions. Which is why I never questioned the information on the wire instructions being that I spoke to her a few minutes before hand. The wire instructions were not accurate and I was scammed for $17,000.00. This had to have been an inside of job. Now no one is helping me get my

The absolute worst place to go. I thought Chicago Title was bad in Tinley Park, IL but this place takes the cake. The rep assisting was LOUD, obnoxious, unorganized and definitely not helpful. Be sure to check the forms... What may be for you is not really for you and what is for you may not actually be in your bundle. Threats not to close and pointed continuously she did not care. For the amount of money both parties have to pay... Customer Service could have been better. Full of snacks and beverages but don't expect someone to ask you if you would like something despite being their 7+ hours (...I said it was the worst). After you are frozen in a room, mouth partched and headache from the loud rep...you may second guess if being there is worth your time or health.

I was told by the lender to write a check including closing cost and my debt from my credit card. Which was over $5000 . However. Title company was suppose to pay off my debt. It’s going on 2 months and I’m now paying high monthly payments. They are causing damage to my credit and my financial stability. Not professional enough or prompt to paying bills on time. Now I want to sue lender, underwriter and title company for putting me in such a Bind, Not to mention I was sold a house that has a plumbing issues, water damage and more . Agent from dream Shonna Benette had me use her inspector and they did short cuts on my house to get paid. An inspection should had never been passed. Scammers out here
