I have a title insurance claim and now they are ghosting me. Abigail Rourke responds to emails when she wants to, which is rare, and she won't return any phone calls. I've left numerous messages and nothing!! Her assistant Chloe Barkow doesn't respond to emails either. I tried to reach their main phone number and it's out of service. Do not use this company! They used a third party company to check finals for property taxes, not the actual county website. They didn't pay the taxes and claim they can't pay something they didn't know about. I'll be reaching out for legal assistance since they can't seem to communicate by email or phone and give me an update. This has been open for two months.

Avoid doing business with these people if you can! I have a title insurance claim (assigned to Michael Principe) open for 4+ months without any determination or resolution. Furthermore, I have been trying to reach the supervisor for the Omaha claim center (Todd Moody) with no response. I will be consulting my legal resources to determine my next steps to further escalate this matter... Every day is lost time and money.

This is the wosrt title insurance company to deal with , they ghost you they don’t want to cover what they r suppose to, Adam Padroza is terrible at doing his job.

If there is -0 star for this company. They hired some title company they are getting money from them. But they can't take any responsibility. Don't hire these insurance.
