This company has little regard to its tennents, their customers, and lacks the common decency of being a good neighbor. They have become hardnosed about parking at River Oaks Plaza and have disregarded the requests of Fit Gym to be respectful of their customers who also do business at UPS which immediately adjoins the property. Now I’m threatened to be towed if I simply stop and pick up my mail after finishing a workout. I also understand UPS requested to lease a few spaces which was totally ignored. Whatever happened to common decency and being a good neighbor rather than frustrating many of us frequent customers? ---- Follow-up a year later... They are continuing to harass their customers. Absolutely awful. We've been tenants in Houston with Fidelis Realty as our landlords and have received nothing but the poor end of the stick. They hardly reply to emails, and never inform us of upcoming changes that NEED to be known. We recently had a change in landlords and guess what? We didn't know until we called them about an issue we've been having for MONTHS. Our previous landlord blew us off and never liked confrontation considering we reached out kindly and professionally. He was always creeping around the situation and told us he would 'fix it.' STILL nothing! We've been dealing with merchandise being DESTROYED from a neighbor business and received an email today that has EVERY DETAILS regarding the destruction and loss of merchandise. Absolutely the worst landlords I’ve ever dealt with. Gave us HVAC paperwork prior to move in which showed system was in good order. 8k later needless to say Fidelis wasn’t acting in good faith. In fact, every single issue we raise to them that they should cover per the lease, they make some excuse as to why they will not fix it. Oh btw, they never return calls. Wouldn’t refer my dog to these people.

Receptionist was very rude, lacked direction, and was very inefficient. Wish I could’ve placed my business elsewhere. Wouldn’t go back if my life depended on it.

Worked with me on my lease no complaints. 👍👍👍 just hire less bugaboo security guards.
