Absolutely terrible experience. My stepfather’s car was unfairly towed from a non-reserved resident spot because all visitor spots were full and the garage gate was broken and left wide open. The office was closed so we couldn’t get a guest pass. We ended up paying $335 to a shady towing company that even offered a cash discount. No notice, no warning — just gone. This feels like a scam between the apartment and the towing company. I emailed management and received no response at all. Ever since the management team changed, things have gone downhill — it seems like they have no idea what they’re doing. I’m sharing my experience with our resident group. This should not happen to anyone else. Beware, especially if you have guests. I honestly no longer feel this is a safe or professionally

Please promise me you won’t live in this apartment. I had a really bad experience here. The hot water only lasts about 10 minutes in the shower... I lived on the first floor next to the pool, and it was a nightmare—people constantly brought large groups and played extremely loud music until very late at night. There were a lot of roaches in the apartment. It was disgusting, and I had to request pest control almost every single month. The coffee machines were broken all the time. The only good things are that the maintenance team is very efficient—they fix things quickly—and the gym is nice. However, the rooms are not soundproof at all... you can clearly hear your neighbors...There’s not nearly enough visitor parking on weekends, which made it a horrible experience. Not recommended.

Joshua made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His communication was excellent, and he was always so helpful along the way. The leasing team here truly stands out. I would highly recommend this community based on them alone. We’re very excited to become residents at Ferro!

I have had a positively incredible experience as a new resident at Ferro. Josh from leasing was the first person I communicated with and he along with Shirley, the property manager and the entire leasing/management staff Jenny and Rolando went above and beyond to make my move seamless, efficient and safe. They each were very friendly, personable and provided exceptional and quality customer service. I love it hear at Ferro so far due to the beautiful upscale apartment, cleanliness and upkeep as well as great amenities. I am deeply impressed. I would give 10 stars if I could. I'm so grateful to be living in this beautiful community and appreciate the way the entire application process transpired. Way to go Ferro leasing team, you're top-notch!

I requested a call with property management after dealing with excessive noise from the unit above me since August 2025. Despite multiple complaints, police involvement, contacting the courtesy officer, and providing video evidence to the leasing office, nothing has been resolved. The resident above me regularly screams and cries between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m., which is a clear violation of standard quiet-hour clauses. Regardless of the cause, this level of disturbance has gone unaddressed by management. When I follow up, I’m redirected to the courtesy officer. The courtesy officer tells me to call the police. The police respond, the resident apologizes, and the cycle repeats. No accountability, no follow-through from the complex. Safety has also become a concern. Since the nearby train stati
