Fernwood Grove Apartments

I had the pleasure of working with Lina at Fernwood Grove Apartments, and I can honestly say she’s one of the best in the business. From the moment I spoke with her, she was kind, patient, and extremely professional. She genuinely cares about the people she helps, and it shows in the way she communicates and handles everything. Lina made the entire process smooth and stress free. She was always on top of things, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure nothing got overlooked. You don’t find that kind of dedication often these days. She gets the job done and does it with a great attitude and real heart.

The maintenance team did amazing as always. Very punctual, communicative and effective. Addresses issues within 1-2 days, hard working guys. Very happy with my experience living here after 8 months.

My experience with the new management has been amazing. The property manager Emily has been nothing but helpful, and kind. Pedro the maintenance guy who has been here for some time is just the best guy around. Beautiful place to come home to, the grounds are well kept and the pool is always clean and available for a swim. Fernwood Grove has a wonderful community here with families and working singles all here keeping quiet at night and throughout the day. Everyone is very respectful from the staff to the tenants. Highly recommend Fernwood Grove.
