Fernhill Apartments

The apartments are beautiful and spacious. We did have a problem with maintenance for a while because they didn't have a maintenance man, but now we do and as long as I use the Loft app they submit my service request they are very quick with responding to my needs. When you submit the request there's an option for whether they can enter your apartment or you want to be present. My upstairs neighbor's washing machine was leaking into my apartment and I had to call on a Saturday. They were here within 2 hours. The residents here are mostly families or single people about my age. There's a reason there's a waiting list for these apartments. I feel blessed to live here.

This is one of the best affordable living apartments I have lived in. The playground that's fairly small what is doable for small children to burn their energy. The apartments themselves look very large on the inside and have plenty of space makes you feel like you're not living and affordable living apartment. This apartment complex however is off of a busy street so please be mindful if you do have children to make sure they play Within the apartment complex area very convenient for anyone who needs to go shopping as there's a Dollar General right next door across the street a Food Lion down the street Walmart dollar store and food areas to go to. As well as you're close to 3 gas stations

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out our current property manager Emily what a difference she has made! Everything feels so much more organized and taken care of. She’s friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. It really shows that she cares about the residents and is working hard to improve the community. We also really appreciate seeing maintenance around more consistently—it’s comforting to know things are being taken care of in a timely way. Overall, it feels good to finally have a team that’s present and making a difference. She is taking the time to listen to complaints as we do have some community drama so Thank you and keep up the good work your residents notice!

The apts are really nice, but you do have issues when you reach out to the property manager who never emails you back nor answers the phone, I have tried to find out about renewing my lease and nothing! You do have people that will come in your house when they feel like it and they feel like they are intitled to , but it is against the law, they have to give you a 24 hour notice unless you called them for issues yourself! There are “special people “ that are aloud to walk around and smoke whenever or wherever they want to! We choose this place because our kids are allergic to smoke and it’s getting out of hand ! The manager does nothing about them nor the maintenance guy who feels he can smoke in the apts ! I came home and was like shoe been smoking in here and my neighbor told me the ma

They don't deserve a whole star. Maintenance men walk in any time they want even when you're in the bed naked, they don't have to knock. Emily the manager has no integrity and lies and has tenants constantly fighting each while she lies to all. Emily has the right to tell me that I should never call my church , discrimination religion, color sex and mental health they discrimination. Janitor tell tenants he owns them. Smokes anywhere he wants to this is smoke free but certain people can smoke in their apt and patio
