Very poor management and maintenance. Roof leaking from last year during Milton problems with my lights poor lawn care services people still just thro9bags of trash.Me as a tenant for 9 yrs. This is so sad Yet im the only one to Speak on the many many ISSUE'S at Ferncrest Apartments
