Fenwick Apartments

Just completed a tour at Fenwick Apartments and had a great experience! Maryelli and Tsehai were incredibly understanding, patient, and helpful with all of my questions. They were so kind and even offered snacks and beverages, which made the tour feel very welcoming. I definitely recommend checking out the Fenwick!

Overall, I’ve enjoyed living here. My unit is comfortable, aesthetically engaging, and clean. My nearby neighbors are quiet and respectful. The front desk and leasing staff are kind, welcoming, and willing to help. My only concern is how the sound energy of the gym gets disseminated throughout the first floor on the blue wall colored wing. We frequently get woken up by loud bangs that I’ve seen firsthand come from the gym. Either it’s a gym soundproof issue or a floor design issue. I’d recommend addressing it from a long term investment perspective.

The person who gave us the tour was awesome. The amenities/lobby are really nice and we like the location. The only thing was that the actual apartments weren't that great, and the bedrooms are small.

The property was beautiful, and the apartment was amazing. Maryelli at the front desk did a great job checking me in and welcoming me when I arrived. The leasing agent Tsehai was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really loved the community and felt comfortable the entire time. Overall, it was a great experience and left a strong impression.

I’ve lived here for nearly two years and chose this property because of its spacious rooms, great natural lighting, and proximity to the metro station. However, I’m giving this property three stars due to ongoing cleanliness issues. Many dog owners do not clean up after their pets, and there is frequently a significant amount of dog waste near the entrances and exits of the complex. This has been a persistent problem throughout my time here and makes it unpleasant to walk around the property.
