Fenton Silver Spring Apartments

My experience with Fenton Silver Spring staff has been good, especially with a young lady named Sulaimatu. She is absolutely wonderful! She’s professional, kind, and always goes the extra mile to help residents. Her warm attitude and quick response makes everything so easy. You can tell she truly cares about people and takes pride in her work. Fenton Silver Spring is lucky to have her!

Fenton is beyond uncared for Fenton has no security old men come on the property and sleep for hours and pee residents get injured from it. Fenton old maintenance guy victor violate residence privacy, right sharing personal information too other residents. Nothing in the building works the front door never works anyone walks in neighbors complain And fight over noises of children laughing and playing beer cans left everywhere this property.

I moved to Fenton silver spring apartments 9 months ago and it’s one of the best decisions I made to move here starting from the location of the place and it’s luxurious and modernization of the apartments is very good. The management Sulaimatu she been professional and very helpful from the start of my application and on management of this building and whenever something was needed towards the apartment she been giving the needed informations and doing whatever needed to be done. My experience here has been very pleasant so far and I’m sure it will continue as such.

This building is in a prime location, and there are many people who would be willing to pay full price to live here if it were properly managed. But as it stands, the current state of the building is driving away good residents and attracting those who contribute nothing but damage and chaos. Conclusion I am begging you to make a change. Do not let this building continue to deteriorate under the current management. Do not let my concerns, and the concerns of other residents, fall on deaf ears. This building has so much potential, but it is being squandered by incompetence and neglect. I hope this letter serves as a wake-up call. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NEW BUILDING — THE FRONT DESK STAFF WILL RUIN YOUR EXPERIENCE The building may be new and look modern, but the concierge staff is a complete disgrace. Sulaimatu Kamara, Katrina Gomez, Taron Wyche, and Vaunesse Lynch are consistently unprofessional, rude, and completely neglectful of their duties. They speak to residents with attitude, ignore requests, and behave as if doing their actual job is a burden. I’m shocked there is no accountability for their behavior, especially given how many residents have complained. Reading the other negative reviews, I thought maybe they were exaggerated — but sadly, our experience has been just as bad, if not worse.
