I've been to this place for quite awhile now and i can say that i made the right choice. Location is perfect for parks and public transpo. All my maintenance requests been handled promptly. "A big Shout Out to Darlene Arteaga, the new office manager whose been exemplary in doing her job. Fenix just found a gem." I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and a practical place to live in.
The people in the Community are not willing to change their way of lifestyle to make it a better place to live. The children here are so disrespectful no sense of PRIDE the grown ups in a few of the apartments can't appreciate what the Lowell Committee is trying to do as far as making this a better place to live. They have the mentality THAT this is the GHETTO and IT will ALWAYS be the GHETTO!!! People who thinks like this should be on their OWN ISLAND. IN THE NAME OF JESUS I REBUKE THE EVILNESS THAT LURKS IN THIS COMPLEX SATAN HAS TOO FLEE.
