Fenestra Apartments

I absolutely love living at The Fenestra Apartments. From day one, the experience has been nothing but positive. The office staff is incredibly responsive and attentive. Any issue I’ve encountered has been handled quickly and professionally, even during an emergency, which really gave me peace of mind. I especially want to thank Heather and Alexandra for their dedication and care. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel supported and valued. It’s clear they genuinely care about the community here, and that makes such a difference. I’m really happy to call The Fenestra home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

I recently toured Fenestra Apartments and had a fantastic experience. The community is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really sold me was the service. Alexandra was incredible. She was so patient, answered all my random questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a new place, definitely ask for her!

Hello I’m a new resident at 154 Gibbs Street. I would like to give a big shoutout to Ms. Alexandra Fisher with Fenestra at the Square. She is the consummate professional agent with expertise and maximum customer service skills. Ms. Fisher has been extremely welcoming and helpful to me. Her leadership in bringing residents together is admirable. Thanks to the recent resident Valentine’s get-together I met some wonderful neighbors and the same thing happened during the Christmas Holiday party in December. Ms. Fisher is truly a warm and genuine professional with exceptional job competencies. Fenestra-Morguard is extremely lucky to have her as a key staff member along with her great team!

This residential complex deserves a high rating because of the quality services it provides. When our apartment had a roof leak, I spoke with management, and they immediately accommodated us in the guest house for about ten days while repairs were underway. The guest house was fantastic—a fully furnished two-bedroom unit, stocked with essentials, including coffee and small necessities. The location of this complex is excellent. It consists of three buildings, and in my opinion, Lunette is the best one. It’s the quietest, less crowded, and has a fully enclosed parking garage that isn’t exposed to the cold. Unlike long, narrow hallways, the layout is more square-shaped, which makes it feel more spacious. It’s also the building with the Starbucks café downstairs. We currently live in Fenes

We have been living here for two years and love our space. They are very responsive when it comes to maintenance issues and very communicative when there is something that affects the community. We are looking forward to being here for the foreseeable future and love the proximity to Trader Joe’s, restaurants and the metro!
