When he stated that he would return my call or inform me about a home he did not. Instead of being a man and inform me that you did not want to represent me, you just no longer responded or returned my calls. Time wasted and most homes that I was interested in are OFF the market! As a seller in Lexington, SC, my experience with the Felder Real Estate Group, particularly Isaiah Felder and broker Leon Felder, was defined by deception, unresponsiveness, and a complete lack of integrity. We accepted an offer on May 30th with an agreed closing date of June 30th. The offer was presented as an FHA loan with no contingencies. However, by June 27th, we discovered the appraisal had not even been ordered. That same day, we learned the buyer had switched to a USDA loan—a significant change that was never disclosed.
