DO NOT RENT from these people!!! This place has a RAT INFESTATION!!! The property manager Sharron is horrible she blames you for everything wrong with the unit, including the rats with us having VIDEO PROOF of them coming from under the stove, pantry, and counter tops, even though she has never even stepped foot in our unit to even asset the problem or even a drop of concern. I am so glad we moved out of this dump we stayed in UNIT C for 4 MONTHS of a year contract!! And fought SHARRON and FELD REALITY daily to get us out of our contract due to the infestation and demanded FELD REALTY and SHARRON to give us back our rent and our deposit that we are still having to fight and have not held up the contract. WHAT MORE PROOF IS NEEDED!!!

Sharon is "management" of the home we rented. Up until the day we signed our lease, she was the most kind and friendly woman. After we signed the lease, a monster came out. I wish I never rented from Sharon. The home was not clean or halfway ready when we moved in. It was filthy and covered with dead bugs. There were rusty nails in the carpet. I contacted her with my complaints, she assured me that Doug would fix these. Then I was given the run around. Never got anything fixed, including severe safety hazards. My son had an accident in the parking lot, the cops came and left. Sharon called me and accused having the cops here for a bigger issue "drugs or something of the sort. As an owner of a unit in one of the properties that Feld manage, my truck got towed from my parking space without reason. Feld refused to explain why because they have no reasonable explanation. Who has even heard of this? I would not recommend this group. We have to take legal action.

Jerry and his team are great to us! He has been fantastic to work with on our new property. Our tenants truly value him.

Wonderful folks. Miss Anne is a sweetheart. I wish they still managed the propety where I live.
