I was very lucky to find Deirdre as my agent through Zillow. She found a house for us, basically in one day, and support us to make sure we got approved. She also was a available to answer all our questions through the closing process.

Deirdre was phenomenal. Her knowledge of the local area was extremely helpful. She had contacts with the condo association- which helped me facilitate everything they needed from me. She answered my calls every time. She was just an absolute pleasure to work with.

Perhaps Deirdre Fedun was a good agent in the past (her good reviews are 1-4 years old), but my recent experience was awful. One day she was easy to work with then the next day, she was rude and very unprofessional. She was so uncooperative that I told my broker to save all of her nasty texts and emails. Even the attorney said she is difficult to work with. If you are searching for a good broker who will work for you and work cooperatively with other brokers and attorneys, stay away from Deirdre Fedun.

We met Deirdra Fedun and her son Dainel a few weeks ago since we are interested in looking at properties in Eastern Long Island. She and Daniel listened to what specific items in the property we are interested in. She and her son showed us several properties. At each one we identified the items we liked and those we didn't. They are both very patient with us and appear to have a very good understanding what we like. Therefore, we're not spending time seeing properties we would not be interested in. Though they will ask if we might be interested in seeing it anyway for information of what is available to meet our financial limits. Thank you Deidre and Dan for your help.
