With all the “stealing” of people’s houses going on, I had Federated obtain copies of my Deed, which the mortgage company conveniently forgot to send me upon my paying off the mortgage. Barbara and Steve took care of everything and super fast. The company is totally professional and very giving of their time to educate. I recommend them highly 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. I would not even give 1 star if it did not require me to at least choose 1 star. The title company sent insurance check to the wrong place and didn't make proper deadlines. I spoke to them to try to resolve the issue and they admitted they did not follow the insurance agent's instructions but somehow still refused to take responsibility for the error. As a result, 5 months after the purchase of my home, I still do not have insurance and must pay a surcharge which Federated Title refuses to work with the agent or compensate me for. They won't even respond back to my request to make things right. Don't make a mistake by using them as your Title company. This can easily happen to you too.
