If you are reading reviews before signing a lease here, please take your time and document everything. This review reflects my personal experience as a former resident. My experience with the leasing office changed drastically the moment I signed the lease. Before signing, communication was friendly and accommodating. Immediately after signing, the tone shifted. When I tried to ask normal questions about my lease and unit, I was told staff did not have time and was treated in a way that felt dismissive and hostile. During my lease, I felt like I was constantly being warned about potential charges for small things. For example, I was told I could be charged simply for filling water jugs at the office, which felt excessive and unreasonable to me. There were also serious maintenance issues

Updated Review: Please save all your paperwork with them. I moved out August 22 and gave them my vacant notice on 5/30/25. They failed to give me a bill for my charges. Send me to collection. Well its 12/11. I have been email on and off with them for months. They sent me to collections and finally as of yesterday after monthss of dealing with them they asked for a proof of my vacant letter since there were no records( luckly I saved it). They promised via email to refund me my deposit( which has been sent to collections ( I paid for the fees already with the agency since Featherstone took forever)). Im waiting on my check via mail. We haven’t had a pool since I got here in August 2024. Before signing my lease it was said to be open by October to still have some time for use. It’s about to be October 2025. My roof leaks constantly via bathroom fan which i assume to be either my up stair neighbors shower or toilet water, gross either way. My oven was broke, needed a bottom heating element, from March2025-August2025 with constant maintenance requests, ordering wrong parts, to them never coming to asses the problem. I couldn’t cook with my oven for 5+ months while paying over a thousand dollars in rent for broken appliances, no amenities, the gym just became 24 hrs within the past 2-3 months, someone else’s water leaking from my roof, also the trash, when i got here we were said to have valet trash. This is me leaving you guys written notice that I will not be renewing my lease. Please know it was not a great time. Even when people were in the parking lot firing guns in to the air. Also was not very pleasant having EMS and Police show up so often. I also never enjoyed listening to my neighbors beat each other and listening to their kids cry "Daddy please stop" I paid for a gated community and a month in the gate was removed. 24 hour gym? Nope that took 2 years. Pool? Nope no pool still. Everything that was promised was a lie and false advertisement. I have friends show me the water and mold in their walls currently. I don't know anyone here that doesn't have water damage in their apartment. So there are many reasons why my lease will not be renewed.

Absolutely the most disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional management I have ever encountered. I was seriously considering moving into this apartment complex, but the experience trying to get in touch with their leasing office has been nothing short of a nightmare. For several days, I made multiple attempts—calls, and even messages through their text line—only to be met with complete silence. Not a single response. If this is how they treat someone interested in living there, I can only imagine how horribly they must treat actual residents.
