FCI Homes Marco Island, Fl

We chose to build our house in Marco Island, we signed the builders agreement on November 29th 2019 and we move in July 2020. Our home is a waterfront, they built our waterfront house in only 8 months even with Covid, they never stopped working. We were very happy with FCI Homes team starting with sales Marjie, the owner Jasón and the color selection team Renee. They were very accommodating with changes in the floor plan to meet our needs, and even last minute finishes. We highly recomend FCI Homes to build your house in Marco Island, they are very professional and no surprises with change order prices. We love our home. Fernando Da Costa.

Renee was great to work with on selecting all the colors and finishes. Jason made a couple of adjustments to the floor plan to meet our needs and make it our own.
