As the sellers of a home to Faye’s buyer we can not express enough how difficult Faye made the sale go. While we understand that people might be thinking that her difficulty was for her clients benefit, but that was not the case. When selling a home an inspection may lead to a repair that you never knew was needed, as in our case. We took full responsibility to make the repair, however Faye incorrectly identified where the repair was needed on the amendment from her buyer. She never admitted her mistake, even when no repair was needed where she had written it. A repair was needed but in a different location.
