My husband & I just purchased our 1st home using Fatma Higdon as our real estate agent. We explained the type of home we were looking for in detail and she absolutely delivered. Another review claimed this agent to be "rude" when in fact she is the type of real estate agent that you want because she listens to YOUR needs & doesn't show properties just because they are on a list. Beyond finding us the perfect home, she also put us in contact with a lender that was equally professional and worked with us to to make the whole process a pleasant one. We even closed early due to their combined personalized care. I would HIGHLY recommend Fatma Higdon if you want an agent that will find you your PERFECT FOREVER HOME!

If I could rate her lower than 1 star I would. This realtor was hired by the owners of a run down delapadated slum house next door to my property. I approached her respectfully to inquire about buying the property and before I could even introduce myself she started demanding to know who I am, saying that she doesn't know me and I have no business talking to her. She cost her client an easy sale as I was interested and capable of purchasing the lot outright, with CASH. I truly believe these reviews saying what a people person she is must be friends, because I have never encountered such a rude realtor. I wasnt going to leave a review, but then today a roofer is working on the house and has parked their truck on my property. It is sand that is a miracle I'm able to grow grass on it, but any
