Farrington Trace Apartments

This may sound judgmental but the Farrington Trace looks beautiful on the outside but the only two pictures the residents have submitted to this Google maps listing is a couple of people that look like they've been partying hard.

Went in to apply for apartment, the staff acted concerned and said they would do everything they could to get us in. We called for two weeks no one ever called us back. Then we received email stating we were not approved. This is very poor customer service. No explanation that we could understand. So we wasted $50.00 that we did not have to waste. I was very disappointed and will not recommend these apartments to anyone else.

If you looking for peace this is not the place.i know first hand..

Love, love, love, living here my 2 bed room apartment it's so beautiful, so peaceful, everyone respect each other's. And management in the office are very knowledgeable and understanding, along with maintenance. And like everywhere else you just have to follow rules and regulations. These apartments are based on low income. It's a great place to live.
