We have had a great experience with Farrell Homes. When we decided on doing a modular instead of stick built, I looked at so many options online my head was spinning. Pricing was way higher than I expected at various places I looked at online. We decided to take the hour drive to check out Farrell lot models in person. I'm SO glad we did.. their models really help you see what the options are. Pricing was extremely straightforward. Since my husband is generally experienced with construction (although never built a house before) we decided we wanted to do the builder program they offer. This means Farrell orders the home, delivers and sets the modules, and completes the roof install and the rest of the entire process from site prep to finish work was on us. Our 1st meeting, I brought in my "blueprint" of my dream home and Connor and Butch made it a reality. I would say, don't do the builder's program(?),if you don't have to. I feel like I spent more money having my own person come in to do the finishing work than if Farrell's people did it. BUT, my house is gorgeous and we are almost ready to move in, still some finishing touches to go...I can't wait!
