Farmers Park Apartments

Living at Farmers Park Apartments has been a great experience. The grounds are always clean and well cared for, and the neighborhood has a great vibe. Anytime I’ve needed help, management and maintenance have been quick and helpful. The location is super convenient, and the apartments are comfortable and well laid out. I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend it.

EDIT: Update after Farmers Park LLC loses in court to a tenant. Worst tenant situation of my life. Farmers Park LLC, Green Circle Projects (Current Property Manger) Took my family to court and lost for an attempted eviction. They chose to do this even though I am tenured staff at a business (Hudson Hawk) that has existed in farmers park for almost 10 years. The way they have treated my wife is disgusting. The current property manager is the worst I have ever encountered in Springfield in 16 years of renting (Sky 11, Cresco, The Edge, Etc). I've worked in customer service for years and have never treated people the way the current management treats people. Insane business strategy to evict people who have worked in the same community for years. We were a part of the community here before

I always have the best time at the Farmers Park events and the Farmers Market. Lots of delicious food and entertainment. I think just the atmosphere alone makes me want to live here let alone how spacious and nice the apartments are.

I signed a 6 month lease with Farmers Park Apartments. I gave a 60 day notice and have a 0 balance. Farmers Park charged me an additional month's rent inspite of my 60 day notice and 0 balance but sent me to collections and trashed my credit. Please be aware of the inscrupulous business practices of Farmers Park and how they treat their customers!

Edit: The new positive reviews were mainly left by staff. Don’t be fooled. Pablo is manager #5 that’s I’m aware of in the past couple years. This property is a shell of what it used to be, even since I moved in last year. Farmers Park was a staple in Springfield. You knew you could show up for an event and have good food, good music, a cocktail or two and overall a great time. That is no longer the case. I went to an event last night with one food truck, a just okay two piece band, no cocktail or beer options and some craft fair type tables. The staff is rude. They don’t answer the phone and when they do it’s unpleasant. The staff when I moved in were fun and chatty. They knew me, knew my dog and actually smiled. This staff can’t even muster a smile.
