Fanita Meadows

I loved living at Fanita Meadows. I lived on the second story and had a one bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and I loved the fire place! The grounds were always nice and being a single female I thought it was very important that I always felt safe. Tara was the best property manger I've ever had!! She was always so friendly, professional, and prompt. Defiantly would recommend! Two thumbs up!

It’s a 5 star for Tara and Pedro. Property itself is an overall quiet small complex. Solid price for the overall value. Walls aren’t too thin and neighbors for the most part are quiet. Tara is an excellent property manager. I lived here for 6 years and she was consistently on top of things. The complex was in better condition when I left and that reflects on Tara’s ability. The grounds are nice, area itself is nice and the apartments look better than anything else you’re finding in Santee. Pedro does a great job at repairs and is very knowledgeable. If you’re looking for an overall quiet complex in a good area with a great property manger, then this is your spot.

I’m giving a 5 star review for a handful of reasons but the main reason is because of our property manager who always gets things taken care of in a timely and helpful manner. I’m not saying that living here has been perfect but it’s definitely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in by FAR. The positives about the property itself are that the pool & jacuzzi is always incredibly clean, the landscaping is kept up with very well, the laundry room is cleaned up every morning by maintenance, the apartment itself is pretty roomy and has great closet space and updated appliances, and it’s in a great location close to the freeway. The neighborhood itself has a lot of kids running around and playing but if it’s ever disruptive to any neighbors, parents will be informed and Tara will take car

Tara is by far the best property manager we’ve had. She is kind and takes care of any issues so quickly. The apartments are pretty newly renovated so all appliances work great. Other than some issues with noise (that Tara usually can take care of) and issues with people’s dogs using walkways and the grass as their potty and not picking up, I really can’t complain. Inconsiderate neighbors are everywhere and unavoidable, though. Other than that, it’s been lovely. I should mention though we’ve also had two cars stolen out of the parking lot. Many cars get broken into frequently and the owners refuse to put in security gates, cameras, or any type of deterrent.

I did enjoy living here. Though, there were a few negatives in my experience. For one, doing laundry was always an inconvenience. There are only 5 washers and 6 dryers. The machines do not take quarters, the tap and swipe to pay does not work. Only the chip reader works and there were times that quarters would be jammed in the chip insert. The app for the machines also does not always work. You’d be lucky if you found an open washer that actually works. For two, the walls of the apartments are very thin. I could hear my neighbors talking next door, their alarms, and the people above us walking/running throughout their apartment. For three, people do not clean up after their dogs. There would be dog feces in the grass where “no dogs on grass” signs would be posted. There were feces on the p
