They are using listings in Zillow and Trulia to lure buyers out on false ads. They will state the house for that price does not exist after verifying on the phone the lower price is guaranteed. They want you in their office just to show you other houses that are higher price!
He is very unprofessional and use bad language. He wasted almost 2 months to sell my house. I won't recommend anybody work with him.
