Fallstaff Manor Apartments

Fallstaff Manor has been a great place to live! The complex itself feels private and safe, and is aesthetically pleasing, as well as being very pet friendly. The apartment is cute and clean. Parking is simple. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and is respectful. Jamie and Leah from the Leasing office are super helpful, personable and professional. Both deserve huge shout outs for how much they've helped us both with moving in, and during our first year here.

Thank you so much Jamie and Leah for helping me find my home. When I visited the property with my boyfriend the community felt very safe and welcoming. Apartments are very spacious and all appliances are up to date. Applying and moving in was a breeze as Leah assisted me through the process. During moving inspection we found a few things that needed to be fixed but maintenance was quick in fixing all the request. I would definitely recommend Fallstaff Manor to anyone who is looking.

Leah is such a beautiful person. She made our apartment search really easy. and I did not know that when my child and I came to see the apartments here, that we would immediately fall in love. She answered any questions and concerns that we had, she was really patient with us. The space that she showed us is perfect! Thank you Leah again for being such a great leasing agent

I've really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The leasing manager, Jamie, is attentive and professional, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly—which I truly appreciate. The neighborhood feels safe since I often like to walk and usually have early morning flights, and the community is quiet with friendly neighbors who are respectful and not disruptive. Security measures have been thoughtfully implemented, and the grounds are usually well-kept between grass cutting and snow removal. I also like how management keeps us informed with updates about construction or any changes—good communication goes a long way! Overall, it’s been a positive and comfortable place to call home the last three years.

Good morning. I want to take a moment and recognize Leah J. for OUTSTANDING customer service. It's rare these days to find someone who is vested in their charge and actually enjoys their job. I had an appointment to come in and look at the units that were available. I was pleased with the level of service provided, the upkeep of the gounds, and the Floorplan. Overall, I am extremely excited and looking forward to making Fallstaff my new home. Kudos Mrs.J!
