Falls Pointe at the Park

My mother-in-law has been trying to move to one of your apartments since November 13, 2025. She submitted the application and filled out the paperwork on two different occasions (11/13/25 and 12/17/25). On December 17, she even paid the security deposit; however, she had never gotten an apartment assignment, and it seems the process never moved forward. There have been multiple calls and visits to the office without any resolution. On January 21, she got tired of waiting and decided to cancel the application and requested the security deposit back. She was told that her deposit refund would be processed, and she didn't need to take any additional action. Once again, there is a lack of communication; she has not received a confirmation email or call that her deposit refund has been initiate

New resident : it’s bad enough with the management being accusatory from the very get-go without no proof of anything. But then you have maintenance being accusatory when in fact, if they would’ve came several weeks ago, including last Friday per Rachel, my dishwasher would’ve never leaked downstairs, which was not my fault but nobody knows how to ask the right questions. They just treat me and my family like we don’t belong here and I’ve never done anything to anyone. I pay my rent like anybody else. I can’t stand it here maintenance leaves messes every time they leave my apartment. They’re gonna call to come and enter my apartment. They’re not gonna keep coming in my apartment whenever they feel like it, I do not authorize that at all !!! A fed up new resident smdh

It should be customary to get the information that is needed before reacting to a problem, so I did. I knew it is regular practice to get a notice prior to an increase, especially a QUADRUPLE increase. Can you imagine an increase like that unexpectedly? I have heard of "ALL OF A SUDDEN INCREASES" at Falls Pointe, but always when you want to move out and / or at renewal time. QUADRUPLE increased overnight like a thief in the night. When you know the target market that your complex is advertising to, you already know that type of request may be quite challenging. My suggestion is to treat people the way you want to be treated, and then I guarantee complaints will get much better and the complexes' reputation can change.

We had amenities but they have slowly not been kept up. Pool never open on time. Put in for inspection now for next year, car wash not functioning. No flowers to beautify. Surely has gone down hill. Never no up grades. My stove has a make shift part to make the eye in the oven to work. Otherwise may burn thru.

Management is very neglectful! Apartment was flooded due to a leak they disregarded and felt wasn’t an emergency. Apartment then became moldy and became unlivable. Furniture damaged and forced to live in a hotel which management refused to reimburse even tho it was due to their lack of urgency. Do not move here!
