Falls of Wilcrest Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Falls of Wilcrest Apartments. The community is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it a comfortable place to come home to. The front desk staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Whenever I have a question or concern, they take the time to listen and assist promptly. Maintenance is another strong point here. Any time something needs fixing, the maintenance team responds quickly and does a great job. They are reliable, respectful, and make sure repairs are done right the first time. Overall, Falls of Wilcrest Apartments is a well-managed community with caring staff, and I’m happy to call it home.

I give it up for Stella, her Customer Service Relationship is top notch. She is so respectful and she understands the dynamics of the business of Leasing to meet customers’ needs. Just ask for Stella and you’re good. Falls of Wilcrest is the place: serene environment, very clean and very safe for Habitation.

Carpooling for an apartment on my last month and there we’re able to get me a new home in time. The staff is very friendly and gets straight to business. Any issues I’ve had they have came the same day or the next day latest and made sure my needs were attended too. Very happy to be a resident here

Falls of Wilcrest is a great place to begin. I have been here for 8 years, training 3 kids in college here in falls of Wilcrest. Prompt assistance when needed. Hot water, no disturbance. The staff are respectful and I respect them too. I am reluctant to move because I am comfortable . No breaking of cars. I love this place. No place is perfect but we perfect a place to make it conducive for everyone. I give falls of Wilcrest 5 stars. They deserve it.

Stella was very helpful and amazing! The apartment was flawless, new crown molding, new appliances, the granite countertops, new toilets, everything brand new, the apartments are older, but the inside is amazing and well taken care of! They have security on property, and it's very quiet.Only been here a month and no complaint so far
