Falls of Westpark

The apartments are nice and the people who work their are kind and friendly. An office lady called Leticia helped us and answered all our questions. Overall they’re a good place to live and affordable, the community is awesome too.

The apartments only have 1 dumpster of trash and is always full and smells really bad, also there's dog pop in a lot of places and the playground is broke.. I'm very disappointed, because the rent is very high and is not acceptable for such of high price. I would like them to clean more the playground area or at least repaint or to fix because there's many dangerous stuff in that playground. I would love to see that they fix or at least clean more often, because there's a lot of trash everywhere. And also THE POOL IS VERY DORTY THERES MOO IN THE POOL!! The pool is always close and when is open the water gets really dirty. The air conditioner is always failing specifically in the during summer, and when we put the window air conditioner they make us take it out. The people in the office som

Miss Leticia did an excellent job ,so kind and explained all the important details. She deserves to get a promotion or a complement from her boss , this kind of hard workers is all we need in our business to make them grow 💯

Ms.Leticia at the office is one of the kindest people I’ve met, if you ever need any help with moving or have any questions, I recommend asking for her.

Very bad service, they have ornamental doors where supposedly only they can use it to go out, there are supposed to be doors so that they can be used not so that they are ornamental there, in addition to the fact that the staff is very bad, the air is not fixed immediately they fix it after 2 or 3 days.
