Falls of Townpark Apartments

This apartment complex has become disgusting. They don't do any maintenance; everything is broken, dirty, and a complete mess. The pool, besides only being open in the summer, only opened for 3 days this summer. The rest of the time it was broken, and to this day it's filthy, full of germs and dirt since July 2025. I recommended it to a friend, and as soon as she saw the conditions, she told me that just by looking at the pool, it was obvious they didn't do any maintenance, and it's true! They don't maintain anything, neither the apartments themselves, inside or out, nor the surrounding grounds. Just looking at the pool, you can see how disgusting it is. I hope they fix everything because when my lease is up for renewal, I'm leaving, and so are many others here. It's a shame how these apar

If I could give zero stars, I would! These apartments are infested with roaches and bed bugs—it’s shocking they’re even allowed to operate. The manager is incredibly unprofessional and rude to tenants. The trash disposal process is unsanitary, with workers dumping and shredding trash on-site. It’s hard to believe they have a 3.8 rating on Google when living here feels like being in a third-world country. Don’t be deceived by the positive reviews—they don’t reflect the reality.

The pool is never opened. The apartments have the nicest pools I ever seen but it's never opened. Pool is just there for decoration. The apartments are nice and everything but they have to open their pools.

The manager is never available. And the person they have at the Office does not speak English very well and never understand what You are telling her. weeks have passed, and I'm still waiting for the manager to reach out to me. Monse was very nice but now that she is the manager, she does not have the time to call back the residents. And May never Knows what's going on in the property.

Dirty, super bad management always broken glass bottles everywhere,pray that you don't have any emergency at night or weekend because you're on your own even though maintenance people lives here in the property. All the appliances are super old and they have been fixed I don't know how many times.
