Falls of Gessner Apartments

When I say NEVER TRUST this complex I’ve had a tub order in since July . I didn’t get a response until November they came finally after multiple visits of doing nothing but telling me my toilet was broke as well . They hired someone to do the job but he didn’t do anything but spray over the problems and leave the tub . After reviewing there work the office clarified he didn’t do his job correctly while also leaving on all the house lights and leaving my tub undone once again . My material has peeled all the way up they brought 5 people in my home that didn’t even work there permanently lying saying they would order me things and fix things it’s new years my toilet still broke , tub worse where you can see the maintenance man boot implanted in the work they never came back and fixed . Do not stay here they removed my items from my house claimed house was abandoned stole my tvs from resident and all electronics and jewelry. They made my apartment look like I didn’t stay there after I sent a message saying I was paying my rent I’m pressing charges on yall! My deceased child was in the house along with all my personal belongings. I will not let this go unnoticed y’all will be getting sued.

The new policy under new management is a FRAUD We were supposed to move out earlier than the ending lease and were ok to pay for early move-out fee but the management here stated that we can move out early but still have to pay for the lease until the contract ends. Now the contract ended in July and we had moved out. They are still charging us the monthly rent for the month of August. Please be aware with the new management. These people don’t tell you the updated policy before you signed

The New person on the front desk Started September doesn't know anything You need to put professional people in there.because the New woman sitting there is completely 0 Everything you ask her respons I' don't. This is very very disappointed 😞 that is why many buildings doesn't have people. You Need to look for professional workers

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! I lived here from 02/22-06/23 and it was hell! This was when they were known as “Central Park Apt” they changed the name and put my account wrongfully in collections because they charge me bogus fee, and wouldn’t remove it. And now when I dispute it for my credit, nobody knows where it came from, and can’t remove it til investigation is completed… stay away from this place and if I could give a big Finger to this complex with a negative star score I would!
