I have never felt so dissatisfied. The girls at reception and the male employees are so irresponsible. I reported this leak and they took AN HOUR to come, and then a week to come and fix the problem, regardless of the conditions we were living in.

These apartments have terrible service, both from the office staff and the maintenance personnel. I reported a leak in the apartment above me for over a month, and due to the leak, the ceiling collapsed on February 17, 2026. 3937 Arlington Square Dr 77034 Apt. 393. No one from the complex came to address the situation, despite the fact that the ceiling could collapse at any moment. More than eight days have passed without any response; I still haven't received an answer.

Just moved here and everyone has been exceptionally kind and helpful. Rubi in particular has gone above and beyond so much so, that when I had a package delivered to the wrong apt, she searched all over the complex till it was found! And it’s a big complex! And Houston heat is not for the faint of heart! Whether you’re a current tenant or prospective one, I recommend asking for Rubi to help you with anything you need!!

“I have lived here for 7 years, and I’m very disappointed with the way management treats long-term residents. I asked for new blinds and for the unit to be painted, but they told me to paint it by myself. After paying rent here for so many years, I expected at least basic maintenance and respect for tenants. It’s frustrating that management ignores reasonable requests, and it shows how little they care about keeping residents comfortable. I would not recommend this complex even for $2000

Absolutely in love with the property thanks to the leasing agent Wendy for making my process very easy she heard me and gave me just what I was looking for gave me so many options on different areas of the property and made sure I was happy with the location of my apartment also gave me my apartment within a week of starting my procedure thank you . Happy renter 😁
