Falls of Braeburn Apartments

I lived at Falls of Braeburn in Apartment 218 for about one year and eight months (and even a little more). Like any place, it has its own pros and cons, but overall it was a very great and valuable experience for me. The leasing office staff are truly kind and professional people. Especially Ms. Boss — I always called her “Boss” — a white lady with curly hair who was always very polite and helpful. Also, the manager, whose name I unfortunately don’t know and always called her “the manager,” is truly a very kind and professional person. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request, the team came as quickly as possible and fixed the issue. If your planning on moving because of the wonderful pool they advertise DONT They don’t open it unless they have one of there maintenance guy watching over everyone there they say it’s for the kids but can’t get a lifeguard or enforce people to come with there kids ! They don’t even open it on Sundays !!

You guys have too much attitude for no reason, and the apartment is not good. There's water coming from the sink all the time, which is why the apartment smells bad. Also, the closet door is broken. I even called them to fix the bulbs, but they didn't come. There are too many cockroaches. Anyway, I've had a very bad experience.

I've lived in these apartments since 2005, If you're looking for clarity on this property BEFORE YOU MOVE IN please read this! When talking about the individual units, It is guaranteed that you will walk into a freshly cleaned, and remodeled unit. There is definitely effort put into providing a clean and welcoming home to all. I personally live in a unit that provides 2 entryways and 2 patios which I love! My favorite place to sit and talk or think is definitely the patio my unit was provided with. When I am in need of maintenance, The women in the office are always very polite when addressing the issue and will try to get your needs met in less than 12 hrs. This is the worst leasing experience I've ever had. The leasing complex is very old, and the environment is unsafe. The staff at the leasing office are extremely rude, and if you need maintenance for your apartment, they will never address it. The most frustrating part is that they will never refund your security deposit, no matter what. The area is not safe and has a lot of insects.
