Will never live here again ! Do not move in here! Worst place to live at. Moved in day one has roaches. This place has a huge cat infestation and they gave my dogs fleas 3 time. My dogs never had fleas before I lived there. They also never fixed anything. If you need it fixed you have to do it yourself.they also kept 740 dollars out of my deposit for a cleaning fee and fixing holes that I fixed before moving. And there is nothing in the lease saying there needs to be a cleaning fee. They had a 240 charge for unpaid fees when I didn’t have any unpaid fees and when I tried to talk to them about it they said that they won’t refund it or explaining why the took my deposit or show me receipts and if I want it I have to go to court for it! Responds to emergency maintenance pretty fast. You can tell they’re trying to improve this place where the last management fell off. Moved out now, and it’s very much a first apartment for someone looking to live on their own for the first time. It’s a place that needs to be understood. Just make sure you have the good roach spray 😬

Do not live here!! Place is trashy. My apartment had roaches and termites. Management never repaired anything for us. We paid out of pocket to get things fix around. The maintance guy once came into my apartment without warning while I was showering when there was no work order put in. Be careful the real rats are management. They live on the premises next to the office.

Off all my 5 years living in Riverside, I have enjoyed this apartment complex the most. I have not had any problems throughout my year stay here at Falcon Pointe. The price is very reasonable and they were very lenient. The staff members working here on property were not rude at all. If I had an issue, it would be resolved. I feel like the bad reviews were falsely stated. The location is perfect...minutes away from a store and right down the street from UCR. Definitely check this place when you have a chance.

I have never lived in a more ghetto apartment complex than this. When I came to look at the apartment I asked if they had a bug problem. The answer was "'no, we have a service". I moved in the Summer 2018, when it was 110 degrees outside and the A/C was broken. It took them forever to fix it and when I asked about a rent adjust I was told that A/C was a not a necessity so no on the adjustment. Now lets get to the giant roaches that run around outside, No, I didn't seem them before I moved in. Fast forward to now, guess what my A/C is broken again, but that's ok cause it only happened when it was 106 degrees outside. After a week they sent someone to fix it, still not fixed.
