Purchased a new home about 8 months ago through challenger homes. Emily was a huge help on deciding the perfect home. Challeger warranty department is second to none. They literally have resolved all issues or concerns quickly.
Challenger- please have your construction crews pick up their trash. They leave trash behind to blow away in the wind Quiet neighborhood aside from active construction. There are high metro fees but no one cares for the neighborhoods. No parks, no trails, no snow plowing. Really love living out of town. The skies are beautifully clear at night to see the stars. The homes already built in the area have lots of electrical issues, grading and drainage problems, failing faucets and vents, poor irrigation, rodent problems, and more. There's also lots of construction litter (especially from the window and siding crews)
Was only working in the area, but it's quiet and very nice for a community that's starting to build.
Nice homes. Close to Falcon shopping. Good views of the Range.
Nice neighborhood! Great looking homes.
