Both the owners and the management company can kick rocks. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Falcon Lakes Apartments. I lived here for 2 years from 2023-2025. Management turnover was constant during my time there — it seemed to change every six months. There was zero consistency, no accountability, and no follow-through. The staff I interacted with were often rude and dismissive rather than helpful. Maintenance was extremely slow and, when they did respond, the work was subpar. The most serious issue was a persistent German cockroach problem in Building 4900 that existed the entire time I lived there. This was not an isolated sighting — it was an ongoing issue. If you just need a place for a short time, you can consider this place. I've been a resident for four years. I've seen two domestic violence evictions in my building, had my car broken into and almost stolen (among many others in the complex), better half had items stolen from her car, police are here almost weekly and that doesn't even scratch the surface. The management could care less about the residents. I got to hear about a young lady who had her car towed today for helping her senior citizen mother because she wasn't registered in the new parking system. The system that went to most residents' spam folder in email. Unfortunately, the staff was inept and didn't even know what company they partnered with for the towing service. I visited Falcon Lakes as a potential residency and the staff there are very professional. The Property Manager, Alyssa Alcala, was very knowledgeable and courteous. She answered all my questions and she even followed up with a phone call to make sure I didn't have any questions. Customer Service isn't what it used to be, but at Falcon Lakes, I felt that sense of pride that they have. They seem to care about people and customer service.

I just wanted to shout out Salma! Been living here for about 7 months now and from move in she’s always been a big help. She always answers any and all questions I have and does a great job. Your work and kindness does not go unnoticed and is always appreciated!!

She has truly gone above and beyond her job duties to ensure the community is in top shape and residents are well taken care of. Her dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail are evident in everything she does. Alyssa exemplifies Bell Partners’ core values and what the company stands for — It’s refreshing to see a manager so invested in both the property and the residents’ experience. I’m looking forward to my tenancy here and feel confident knowing the community is in such capable hands.
