Well I've been living here for about 6 years so I know how it was before and it was bad but now we have a new manager mami and she's awesome and respectful. My rent is a little high lol but I can deal with it oh and another thing I feel alot safer no drug heads or lose dogs anymore. THANKS FALCON CREST

Mammie a great person and her personality great. The community is very quiet plus there's no drama around. Plus used to be you could not even be able too come into this community without someone trying to sell you something. But the new owners have gotta rid of the trouble maker's. They also very much affordable apartments. Nice place to live.
Have lived hear for about 2 months It is a safe place to live in just wish my apartment hade a dish washer
