Affordable, safe , quiet, clean ( under new manager 2025). The only reason I don't give it five stars is because we have to share laundry facilities,which can be challenging if you are allergic to animal dander. Other than that, why wouldn't you want to live here?

I’ve been here for two years and on the third year they increased my rent more than what they are advertising on their website. I notified them and they ignored me and won’tt acknowledge my concern. They don’t notify on time when they are plowing the parking lot and do it days later after it snowed. They will tow your vehicle without notice! Washer and dryers are always broke down and the change machines are always empty.

New, clean and awesome. Great management team. Kim was a wealth of information and a pleasure to deal with. I love the fact that sidewalks are shoveled and salted for the ease and safety for all. Thanks again Kim.

Under new management, what great change! You do share large community laundry facility, however they are so great at keeping them sanitized and clean. You will not regret living here.

We are living here for more than two years. The apartments are beautiful having a pool is great maintenance is always right on things. The managers, Kim and Brandy are fabulous. They’re easy to get a hold of and work very hard to keep this place beautiful quiet and a pleasure to live here.
