Susan is great with helping get things in order. Ive had alot of different documents needed turned in and she was helpful with making it easier. She also made sure my maintenence issues that have been needing done for awhile has all been fixed as soon as she was told about them. The parking lot has been much cleaner and things seem to be more organized with her here. She is very friendly and relatable.
Tim is probably the best maintenance tech that I’ve ever had. Gets things done fast and efficiently. He is super helpful whenever he is needed. He goes above and beyond around the complex. Keeps things looking great and clean.
I love fairway vista apartments! Roma is an amazing property manager, she always ensures all my issues are handled in a timely manner, the apartments are spacious and the outside and community areas are always so nice and clean. It’s been a wonderful place to live and raise my kids 💕

Roma is an amazing Manager/landlord. She gets things done in time as long as you yourself remember to call the work order in. She's caring and compassionate.
