Fairway Park Apartments

I haven’t lived here long but I wanted to share my move in experience. The staff are very helpful and attentive to what you need. I had a few things in the apartment that required attention from maintenance. It was addressed immediately and Chad, the maintenance staff that responded, was kind and helpful with what I needed. I look forward to continuing as a resident in this community.

Been living here for about 8 months now. Everything about this apartment complex is exactly what I wanted and needed. The public pool and weight room is a nice touch. Also the individual apartment is perfect with all updated appliances and good presentation. The people from the front office are also very nice and attentive. Love it here!

We've had a great experience living here so far. The apartment is great for the price, maintenance is very friendly, quick, and efficient. The snow removal is also very quick. There is also a lot of parking availability for guests which is nice. Lastly, the pool is very well maintained and the club house always has coffee which is amazing. Would definitely recommend!

The office staff always kindly and professionally listen to my concerns and requests. It's nice to walk into the office and know that someone will be there to chat or handle a situation. I also would like to compliment the entire maintenance staff for being competent and pleasant. Rich, Dave and Chad take care of business promptly. Yay, you guys. :) I truly appreciate how beautifully this apartment complex is landscaped. The grounds are maintained weekly by a great crew who know what they're doing. I've lived at FP twice. It's a good place to call home.

The best renting experience I've ever had. I lived here for three years and I loved it. The location is great. Right next to the highway and easy access to basically any store or restaurant you need! The neighborhood always felt very safe. People walked around at all hours of the day with their small children. There are a lot of young families in this neighborhood! The apartments are spacious (the closet space is awesome) and having an attached garage is a godsend when the forecast is bad. The management staff is top-notch. Maria & Chelsea are SO friendly, always quick to respond, and they make sure any problems are resolved ASAP.
