Fairway Apartment Homes

I’ve lived here for a year and overall the Fairway Apartments have been an amazing place to start my 20s comfortably. With the low rent prices and overall they are on top of the maintenance if you need it. The pool is an amazing amenity they offer and I enjoy using it weekly. And they’re on top of new renovations, currently they are renovating our gym. My landlords are very kind and understanding of all situations and will make sure you’re taken cared of.

We moved in 2022. Within the first month. We lost our heat they repaired it the next day. That was the last time we had maintenance for over a year. With in 2 weeks water drain blew out. Flooded our front door with water. For the next 12 months we had a bucket to catch the water. It wasn't until we had a waterfall in our bathroom did they finally come and fix it. Then after cutting many holes into the walls to repair the broken plumbing. For the next year those holes remained open. The our upstairs ac failed for the next month 90 degree heat and then a skin condition. After threatening legal action. The ac was repaired. The final nail in our time a fairway. By far, it is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The pictures they have listed are not recent, and it looks absolutely nothing like the photos. My personal experience in this apartment goes as follows: -The ceiling above my shower leaked every time the upstair neighbors took a shower. I submitted work request orders and called the office multiple times but the office never did anything about it. It got worse and worse and I even told them that the foundation was literally giving away. One day, the ceiling just collapsed, leaving me with a huge hole in the ceiling, and every time the upstair neighbor showered, I would get their dirty bathwater in my bathroom everywhere. This went on for about 2 weeks of having the hole in my ceiling. Pictures and video included in this review

Very unique property! The upper level seems so unreal!!! If you dont know what I’m talking about it’s definitely worth checking out! And we can’t forget the pool as deep as 7ft!!! We love calling Fairway our home!!!
