If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is disgusting and invested with bedbugs and they expect 83 year old woman to fend for herself. There’s no management on site or director. The Monroe housing authority isn’t overseeing a single god damn thing. I am sickened and saddened to see the way my grandmother was living for just shy of 2 years. The prior management should be ashamed of themselves. And I hope you guys get shut down! The website states they “cater to the elderly and disabled” an animal shouldn’t even live like this. But no worries. Monroe dept of public health has been notified, the state has been notified, a complaint has been placed for every dept and a lawyer has been contacted for elder abuse/neglect
