These apartments may look nice and seem affordable at first, but my experience has been a complete nightmare. Since November 2024, I’ve been dealing with constant flooding and mold in the bathroom my two toddlers use. I’ve submitted countless emails, had maintenance and plumbers come out, and still — nothing has been resolved besides the change of molded baseboards twice. I’ve recently been told it’s a foundation issue that they can’t fix, which makes this situation even more outrageous. The apartment constantly smells like mildew, to the point that I rarely even stay there anymore. To temporary cure the smell , maintenance added two humidifiers that’s all. I moved in March of 2025 and soon realized it was other issues with the apartment which was voiced to them it literally would rain inside the apartment but in the wall when it rained and also had some electrical issues which was voiced again the communication is horrible. PLEASE PLEASE save yourself the headache — they do not answer the phone. Anytime you do get through to someone, the excuse is always that they’re “in transition.” They’ve been “in transition” since June… honestly, even before June. No property should take 5–6 months to get out of a supposed transition. They have gone through three different office managers and are now on a fourth. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Living here has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The management is completely unprofessional — they’ve misplaced or even stolen rent checks, they’re rude whenever you try to address an issue, and they show zero concern for residents’ safety or well-being. Packages constantly go missing from the mailroom, and even my car plates were stolen right outside the property. It feels unsafe and stressful living here. The office staff avoids responsibility for everything and treats tenants disrespectfully when we ask for help. They’re also letting the place go downhill — it’s becoming a ghetto environment with no type of order or security. Please don’t move here unless you want constant stress and headaches. So I just officially received my keys yesterday and I’m BEYOND excited ! Id been experiencing issue after issue finding a place, from being “homeless” for 2 months because another property had my move in so delayed after saying it was available . Then telling me they were “waiting for the tenant to leave”, to just up & cancelling my application all together. Ms. Tamia Clark was heaven sent & so helpful throughout this easy breezy process . She made it her job to get me approved, okay. She helped me fill out the application properly, emailed & called me if something I filled out was wrong . Helped throughout lunches & came in on Saturdays, until I finally got in ! I’m so happy & ready to settle in my new home .
